The Three Dragonclub Commitments
In all we do within and in the name of the Dragonclub, we are committed to
- Respect for all beings, including ourselves.
- Non-violence, both physically and psychologically.
- Facing and embracing our Dragons, rather than trying to fight, suppress, or run away from them.

The Dragonclub Principles
The Five Principles on Membership:
- Membership in the Dragonclub is open to all human beings.
- The Dragonclub is a judgement-free space. All Dragons are welcome.
- Any attempt to exploit power dynamics leads to direct suspension of membership, if three members agree that it has been severe enough.
- Any clear violation of the Dragonclub Commitments and Principles leads to direct suspension of membership, if three members agree that it has been severe enough.
- A suspended member can always get their membership reactivated, if three Dragonguides* agree that they sufficiently addressed the reason for their suspension.
The Seven Principles for Gatherings and Activities:
- Every member can organize and/or guide a Dragonclub Gathering or Activity in any form they deem appropriate, provided they respect these Principles and the Three Commitments.
- Every Dragonclub Gathering or Activity needs to have one or more guides.
- Every member who attends a Dragonclub Gathering or Activity respects the structure given by the guide(s).
- Every member can always voice any concern to the guide(s) in one-on-one conversations.
- No-one needs to participate in or do anything they don’t want to or don’t feel like.
- Every member is responsible for making sure that everyone feels safe at the Dragonclub Gathering or Activity they participate in.
- All personal stories shared during a Dragon Gathering or Activity stay with the participants, unless all concerned members agree to their publication.
*The Three Special Principles for Dragonguides:
- Every member who guides at least three Dragonclub Gathering or Activity gets the status of Dragonguide.
- Any group of three members can revoke the status of a Dragonguide, if they agree that the Dragonclub Commitments and Principles have not been fully respected during a Gathering or Activity they guided.
- Any group of three Dragonguides can restore the status of a revoked Dragonguide, if they agree that the concerned member is henceforth willing to respect the Dragonclub Commitments and Principles.
May peace be with you all.
